Scout Shop Policies
Credit Cards
-Identity will be confirmed with picture ID and signature
-Telephone transactions will not be accepted
-Transactions will be for Scout Shop purchases & FOS only
Checks
-Checks may be written for purchase amount only
-Identity with picture ID and signature is necessary
-Out of Council checks and 2nd party checks will not be accepted
-A $25 fee will be assessed to all returned checks
Non-Taxable Items
-Items purchased from unit accounts
-Items purchased with unit checks
-All other types of purchases will be taxed in accordance with state laws
Return Merchandise for Store Credit Only!
Council Activity Refund Policy
All refund requests must be in writing and sent to the Council Office.
A full refund will be made if the written request is received 2 days prior to the event.
A 50% refund will be made if the written request is received less than 2 days prior to or any time after the event.
Refunds will not be made 30 days after the event date.
