This first ever event hosted by the Council will be held Saturday, August 29 on the Rusty Lowe Ranch, six miles north of Clarksville. Plans for the Distinguished Citizen Dinner honoring Texas State Representative Mark Homer are underway. We do have a limited number of sponsored tickets to give out. If you are interested in attending and need a ticket, please contact Barbara at the Council Office either by mail, phone, fax or email. The dinner is set for Saturday, July 11 at the Love Civic Center in Paris. A reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by the dinner at 6:30 p.m.
